Is Night C.A.P. “clean”?

While there is no legal definition of “clean” in the beauty industry, we strive to make sure our products are as safe and as environmentally friendly as possible. This means we follow the standards set by Sephora and Credo to exclude hundreds of ingredients, including silicones, phthalates, parabens, dyes, and mineral oil. 

Is Night C.A.P. vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, Night C.A.P. is a vegan formula, and GRAES is a cruelty-free brand.

How quickly can I expect to see results?

Each active ingredient in Night C.A.P. works on its own schedule. Colloidal oatmeal can make a difference in redness and inflammation in as little as one night. Within the first month, our testers and customers notice a drastic decrease in both the frequency and severity of breakouts. Can I use Night C.A.P. with my retinoid?

Yes! Night C.A.P. was designed to pair well with retinoids. The niacinamide in the formula has been shown to decrease the side effects of retinoids, such as redness, irritation, and flaking.

How much usage can I get out of one jar?

A little Night C.A.P. goes a long way! If you are only using the cream during your evening routine, we estimate that one jar will last roughly three months. If you also apply Night C.A.P. under your sunscreen in the morning, one jar will last about six weeks.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $35 USD.

How long does it take to get my package?

Our complimentary shipping typically takes 3-7 days. Because we are based out of Rhode Island, with no additional logistics locations, customers on the other side of the country may see longer shipping times. If you need your package sooner, you can upgrade your shipping at checkout for expedited delivery.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Skin cells turn over completely every 28 days, so this window gives customers enough time to test the full impact of Night C.A.P. on their skin before deciding whether or not they would like to return their order. 

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we only ship within the United States and select territories. Please keep an eye out for future updates about international shipping.
